Greg Barclay - Ministering in Calgary
I grew up believing in God but living like hell. I dropped out of school in Grade 10 and spent my time working and partying. I then joined the army for 3 years. Upon my release, I met Tara and we started living together. Our life was nothing but partying and drinking. At one job she held there was a man there who would witness to her about Jesus. I met him, was convicted of my sin and we both prayed the sinners prayer, got married and then turned away from the Lord.
Three years later another Christian friend suggested we start going to church. We rededicated our lives to the Lord, got baptized and I got set free from a fear of dying soon as I confessed my sins to Jesus. Our lives changed drastically and the Lord planted a desire in my heart to serve him in full time ministry. I served Him in many ways but finally decided to take the plunge and we moved to Three Hills, AB to attend Prairie Bible Institute. I met with Chip Welton from OAC Ministries in Calgary and started doing street evangelism with him and knew then that this is what God has called me to do. I made the decision to quit my job as an auto mechanic went full time with OAC Canada on Jan 1st 2006.
